  1. Do you take purchase order?

    Yes, we take purchase order from schools and other institutions. Please send me your request to us by email at info@labnique.com.

  2. What is the payment term for purchase order?

    We offer net 30 payment term for purchase order.

  3. Can we add your company as a new vendor in our internal procurement system?

    Yes, you are welcome to add our company into your internal procurement system. Please email us at info@labnique.com for required documents to set up such account.

  4. Can we send you our tax-exempt document to have tax charges waived?

    Yes. Please send your tax-exempt document to us by email at info@labnique.com, and register an account with us. We will mark your account as tax exempted.

  5. How can I limit the overshooting on the digital hot plate?

    To limit the overshooting issue, you may increase the parameter D and decrease parameter I and P. This method works with all PID controllers with our instruments, such as hot plate, drying oven, incubator and water bath. Please refer to the manual on how to adjust the parameters.
